Production Time:

  • Next-day production is available! Submit files by 10:00 PM Eastern for next business day printing.
  • Files received after 10:00 PM Eastern add 1 extra business day.
  • Production starts only after artwork is approved.

Same-Day Option:

  • Submit by 12:00 PM Eastern. Same-day production may have additional rush fees and is subject to availability.

Delivery Schedule (Free Next-Day Shipping):

  • Monday: Delivers Wednesday
  • Tuesday: Delivers Thursday
  • Wednesday: Delivers Friday
  • Thursday: Delivers Monday
  • Friday–Sunday: Delivers Tuesday

We ship via FedEx Standard Overnight (Monday–Friday delivery).

  • Saturday delivery is available for an additional $35 or more depending on the shipment.

Once your proof is approved, your order moves immediately into production. If the file has not yet been turned over to press, we will make every effort to stop it. However, once the file has been turned over to press, the order cannot be stopped or changed.

Yes, custom sizes are available for some Quick-Ship products, but they may change pricing and turnaround time. Contact us for a custom quote.

If your file needs adjustments, we’ll fix it at no charge if possible.
If it requires a redesign, we’ll create one for free — just provide your logo, text, and high-resolution images.
Artwork delays will extend production start time.

Accepted File Formats
PDF, JPG, AI (Adobe Illustrator).

If your artwork is in Canva, invite john@dunamisprint.com to your design so we can prepare it for print.

300 DPI resolution at final size is required.
CMYK color mode is required for accurate print results. RGB files need to be converted, which may cause color shifts.

For Quick-Ship products, submit files at the exact final size — no bleed is required.

Keep all text and important graphics at least 1.5″ inside all edges.
This “safety zone” prevents trimming or cutting from removing important content.

We recommend avoiding borders of any kind.
Both thin and thick borders can appear uneven after trimming.
Use full-bleed backgrounds or designs that don’t rely on perfect framing for the cleanest results.

If your file is fixable, we’ll correct it at no charge.
If it needs a full redesign, we’ll create one for free — just provide your logo, text, and high-resolution images.

We store your approved files for easy reordering without needing to resend artwork.

All Quick-Ship yard signs ship via FedEx Standard Overnight for eligible sizes and quantities.
Freight shipping is only used if required for certain large or oversized quoted orders. Some quoted orders may still ship free via FedEx Standard Overnight instead of freight.

Tracking numbers are provided as soon as your order ships.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes — a physical street address is required.

In most cases, all items in the order will arrive together. In rare cases, if certain sizes or finishes are produced at a different facility, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Maximum Quick-Ship Quantities

  • 12″×18″: up to 80 signs per order.
  • 18″×24″: up to 50 signs per order.
  • 24″×36″: up to 20 signs per order.

Larger quantities require a custom quote.
These orders are produced on a different press, may add production time, and will include free ground shipping unless freight is required.

Most quotes are ready within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours.
Complex or unusual jobs may take 24–48 hours.
