Terms of Service

Products & Services

We provide custom-printed products, including Quick Ship items, standard print products, signage, banners, and related design support. All products and services are offered subject to availability.

Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full before production begins
• We accept payments via PayPal and Square (secure third-party processors)
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued
• Prices are subject to change based on supplier rates, material costs, or market conditions

Shipping & Delivery

• Quick Ship products include Free Next Day Air shipping within the 48 contiguous United States
• All other products are quoted as an all-inclusive price that already reflects production and delivery costs
• Quick Ship timelines do not include weekends or holidays
• Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, including weather, operational, or logistical disruptions

Quick Ship Production Schedule

Production begins only after artwork approval. If artwork is approved after the cutoff time (10:00 PM Eastern), add one (1) business day to the schedule.

• Monday approval by 10 PM ET → Delivers Wednesday
• Tuesday approval by 10 PM ET → Delivers Thursday
• Wednesday approval by 10 PM ET → Delivers Friday
• Thursday approval by 10 PM ET → Delivers Monday
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday approval by 10 PM ET → Delivers Tuesday

Design Adjustments and Delays

• If customer-supplied artwork requires adjustments, add +1 business day
• If custom design services are requested, add +2 business days
• No production begins until final customer approval is received

Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

• All sales are final
• We do not accept returns or issue refunds
• A reprint may be offered only if there is a verified production defect or shipping damage
• Issues must be reported to support@dunamisproducts.com within 3 business days of delivery to be eligible for review
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork
• Cancellations after production starts are not refundable

Artwork & Proofs

• Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all artwork, including spelling, grammar, color, layout, and file setup
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork
• If we provide a proof, approval is final — no changes can be made after approval
• We offer free simple design assistance, but final responsibility rests with the customer

Color Disclaimer

• Most jobs are produced using CMYK gang-run printing, and minor color variations are considered acceptable within industry standards
• Exact color matching is not guaranteed
• PMS spot color printing is available on select products and only for solid colors; some variation may still occur

Reseller & Tax-Exempt Customers

• Approved resellers may apply for tax-exempt status (proper documentation required)
• We charge sales tax only on orders shipping to Ohio unless a valid exemption certificate is provided

Intellectual Property

• Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights and permissions to use any logos, images, fonts, or artwork submitted for printing
• By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that its use will not infringe the rights of any third party

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dunamis Products LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our liability is limited strictly to the cost of the product purchased
• We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied content, missed deadlines caused by customer delays, or carrier-related delivery delays

Use Restrictions

• Products may only be used for lawful purposes
• We reserve the right to refuse any order containing unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content, at our sole discretion

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
