File Preparation Requirements

Color mode: CMYK only (no RGB or spot colors). Resolution: 300 DPI at final size. Bleed: Add 0.0625"–0.125" bleed on all sides (artwork should go past the cut line). Safe area: Keep text, logos, and important elements at least 0.0625"–0.125" inside the cut line. Fonts: Outline all fonts (Convert to Curves/Outlines). Images/links: Embed all linked images. Backgrounds: Make sure backgrounds/patterns extend to the bleed. File format: Print-ready PDF preferred. JPG, PNG, AI, or PSD (CMYK, 300 DPI) also accepted. Black: For solid black areas use rich black (C40 M30 Y30 K100). For small black text use 100K only. Die shape: If using a custom shape, place the dieline on its own layer and turn it OFF before exporting. Final check: Zoom to 100–200% to confirm sharp text and no overprint settings.

Step 3: Approve & Pay

Once you approve the quote, simply make payment to confirm your order.

Step 4: Submit Your Artwork

If you haven’t already sent your artwork, please email or upload it after payment. Our design team will review your files and prepare a digital proof.

Step 5: Approve Your Proof

You’ll receive a proof for final approval before printing begins.

Step 6: Production & Shipping

After proof approval, your order goes into production and ships with tracking once complete.
