Our Custom Square Mailing Boxes are perfect for flat or square-shaped products like books, prints, photo frames, or apparel. Made with E-flute corrugated cardboard and a white exterior and interior, these boxes provide a smooth surface for vibrant, high-quality printing.
Available in 12″ × 12″ × 2.25″ and 14″ × 14″ × 2.25″, you can choose Outside Only, Outside & Inside, or Inside Only print coverage for the perfect unboxing experience.

File Preparation Requirements
File Setup & Layers
Turn OFF template layers: Directions, Dieline, Mask (bottom optional).
Embed all linked images (Window → Links → Embed Image).
Outline all text (Select Text → Type → Create Outlines).
Work in CMYK color mode (no RGB or spot colors).
2. Colors & Resolution
Use CMYK only (Process Color).
Image resolution: 300 DPI minimum.
For solid black fills: C40 M30 Y30 K100.
For black text or fine lines: 100K only.
3. Bleed & Sizing
Bleed must extend to the edge of the artboard bleed area.
Inner artwork should meet the gray mask edge (safe zone).
4. Saving Your File
Save as High Quality Print PDF.
Check: “Use Document Bleed Settings.”
File size under 30 MB (uncheck Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities if needed).
Accepted formats: .PDF, .AI, .JPG, .PNG, .PSD (CMYK only).
5. Quality Check Before Upload:
Zoom in to 100–200% to confirm clarity.
Make sure all overprint settings are unchecked (Window → Attributes → Overprint Fill/Stroke).
Keep minimum text size at 10pt or larger.

You’ll get a detailed quote within 2 hours (typically 15–30 minutes). Quotes are sent through Square or PayPal.
Step 3: Approve & Pay
Once you approve the quote, simply make payment to confirm your order.
Step 4: Submit Your Artwork
If you haven’t already sent your artwork, please email or upload it after payment. Our design team will review your files and prepare a digital proof.
Step 5: Approve Your Proof
You’ll receive a proof for final approval before printing begins.
Step 6: Production & Shipping
After proof approval, your order goes into production and ships with tracking once complete.
