To ensure the best quality for your printed products, please follow these artwork guidelines. Proper file preparation helps avoid delays and ensures your finished product looks exactly as you envisioned.
300 DPI minimum (higher is better). Images below 300 DPI may appear pixelated or blurry when printed.
CMYK (not RGB). RGB files will be converted to CMYK and colors may shift. Design in CMYK from the start for accurate colors.
0.125" (1/8 inch) on all sides beyond the trim line. This prevents white edges if cutting is slightly off.
Keep important text and graphics at least 0.125" inside the trim line to avoid getting cut off.
Convert to outlines or embed fonts in PDF to prevent font substitution or missing fonts.

Low resolution images (below 300 DPI) will appear pixelated when printed
RGB color mode instead of CMYK may cause unexpected color shifts
Missing bleed will result in white edges if cutting is slightly off
Text too close to trim line may get cut off during production
Unembedded fonts may be substituted with different fonts, changing your design
