What are your turnaround & shipping cutoffs?

Most Quick Ship products have a 10 PM Eastern cutoff for Next-Day Print. Some products, such as Retractable Banners and Table Throws, have an earlier 3 PM Eastern cutoff for Next-Day Print. Same-Day Print is available on select products with a 12 PM Eastern cutoff.
All Quick Ship products include free Next-Day Air shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, and all other products ship free via ground within the 48 states. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada (on select products) require a custom shipping quote.

Do you ship nationwide?

We ship to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and to Canada on select products only.
Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states (Next-Day Air for Quick Ship; ground for others).
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are available but require a shipping quote.
Some products do not ship to Canada — please check product details or request a quote for availability.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories.

Do you offer same-day pickup?

No — all orders are shipped directly from our print partners across the country, so we do not offer local pickup. Quick Ship items include free Next-Day Air within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Design & Artwork

Do you provide free design help?

Yes — we provide free simple design help on all Quick Ship products. If we create or adjust your artwork, it may add 1–2 extra business days before printing starts. We’ll send a proof for approval.

What are the file requirements?

Please provide a high-resolution PDF or JPEG (300 DPI, CMYK). Make sure images are high quality and text is legible. We’ll send a digital proof for approval before production begins.

What if I don’t have artwork?

No problem! Send your logo, text, and any images; we’ll create a design at no charge on Quick Ship products and send a proof for approval.
👉 Custom design requests may add 1–2 business days before printing starts.

Can I send artwork from Canva?

Yes — please send a Canva invite to john@dunamisprint.com with Can edit permission.
Steps: Share → Add people or groups → enter john@dunamisprint.com → set Can edit → add your Job # in the note → Send.
This is the preferred method so we can check print setup and make tweaks at no charge. If email-invite isn’t possible, change link settings to Anyone with the link → Can edit and share the link in live chat or by email (include your Job #).

How do I supply logos or images?

You can upload files during checkout on the product page (look for the Upload artwork field).
If you’ve already ordered or need to send large files, share a cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) in live chat and include your Job # so we can match files quickly.
For best results, send high-resolution files (300 DPI), CMYK, as PDF or JPEG.

Can you color match my artwork?

Most products are printed in CMYK, so exact color matches aren’t guaranteed; slight variation is normal. On some Quick Ship products, we can match a Pantone (PMS) solid colorsolid spot colors only (no gradients, photos, or blends). Please ask us first if Pantone matching is critical. Larger quoted runs are typically CMYK-only.

Orders & Payment

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s approved?

Once artwork is approved, your order goes straight into production and cannot be canceled or changed. Please review your proof carefully before approval. (See Terms & Conditions.)

When does production begin?

After proof approval. Approvals received after the daily cutoff start the following business day. Please review your proof carefully to avoid delays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

How do I request a quote?

Quick Ship is designed for short runs. Request a quote if you need a custom size, a product not listed, or a larger quantity than what’s available online. Larger-quantity jobs may run on a different press and may ship from multiple facilities. Quotes are typically ready in 15–60 minutes (complex projects: 24–48 hours).

Pricing & Value

Why do Quick Ship prices sometimes look higher?

Quick Ship pricing includes free custom design help, 24-hour print (same-day on select items), and free Next-Day Air in the 48 states. If you’re comparing us to a 2–4 day printer that doesn’t include design or overnight shipping, our price may look higher at first — but when you add rush, design, and overnight fees elsewhere, our total cost is often lower, with no hidden fees.

Do you offer better pricing for larger quantities?

Yes. Larger runs are quoted and usually produced on a different press, which lowers the cost per unit. Quoted jobs may ship from multiple facilities and do not qualify for Quick Ship turnaround or free Next-Day Air. Request a quote for custom sizes or quantities above the online options.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Quick Ship prices already include free design, 24-hour production, and free Next-Day Air in the 48 states. Applicable taxes may apply, and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada is quoted. Any optional upgrades or add-ons are clearly shown before checkout.

Custom-quoted products typically run on different presses, may ship from multiple facilities, and do not qualify for Quick Ship turnaround or free Next-Day Air.
